For the past two weeks I've gotten direct to voicemail messages about getting a tune up for my system. Nearly every.single.day. I respect that a company needs to get their name out there, but this is unreasonable. I hope that someone with decision making power sees this and stops this practice, because if it continues you will lose me, and probably others, as customers."

"They did a great job replacing my old unit with a new one. Issue was within 4 hours it stopped working. Called them 730am they got out at 445pm they tech was in a rush and found the issue and thought he repaired. Within 10 min I call back saying it wasn't fixed and they couldn't get another tech out till 8am next morning. They got to the house at 9am and was fixed by 930am, last tech bent they connector pins rushing the last call for the night. They gave me a service garentee that they would pay 555 dollars if they couldn't fix my unit with 24 hours in the first year of install. Tried calling 4 times and was told someone would call me back. I am being ghosted for last 3 weeks. Just unacceptable and had such great customer service in the past."
"We have been with Total Comfort for approximately 9 years. They installed a new unit for us and service it twice a year with a Service Agreement. Then the company was sold a couple of years back and the service has been on a steady decline. Well the hit the bottom for me yesterday. I had an appointment between 8-12. At 12:30 I called and was told the technician would call me in about 10 minutes, no call. I called again around 1:30, once again they apologized and said I would receive a phone call in about 10-15 minutes, no call. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one available, imagine that. Finally I called at 2:30 and told them if he was here by 3:00 not to send him because I had to leave my house at 4:00 for an appointment. Yet again I was told someone would call me and no call was received. I called again around 3:30 and asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told there wasn’t one available again. I asked them to please leave a message asking a manager to please call me. I’m still waiting. We will definitely not be renewing our service agreement. If you want reliable people I strongly encourage you to go somewhere else. Two years ago we asked for an estimate to replace our small unit above our garage. The estimator show up in an ARS truck and an ARS shirt. He never identified himself as being from Total Comfort. I asked him who he worked for and he told me Total Comfort. He said me the company was sold. He told us he didn’t have a Total Comfort shirt that fit. He gave us an estimate that was $2000 higher than the other estimates. We went with another company. Unprofessional and disappointing. I also now call for service into a call center, ugh. Update: Service manager called and discussed the situation. He apologized. He provided another service agreement at no cost if I wanted and $100 credit on our account should we need a part. I took it and I will update after next interaction."
