"So pleased that when I was ready to replace/invest in a new HVAC system, that I went with Bennett Air, LLC. I had a great consultation with Rick regarding the products offer at Bennett Air, LLC. During our time it didn't feel like he was pushing the product on me to make a decision right away, but instead provided me with all options in the units the company had and the prices. Overall Rick had a great sale technique, professional, product knowledgeable & friendly. Kim another jovial representative within the company, made my purchasing transaction smooth and convenient. The next day I received a call from Kim to confirm that my equipment was available for install, that they also inspected the new equipment for any damages, and they can have a technician come out the next day! The technician was at my home for the scheduled time. They too were professional, completed the install within 3hrs. I liked how they placed clothed covering down to protect my hard wood flooring from any scratches. After the install was completed, they advised that the another representative (Noah) would be on the way to complete the final stages of making sure everything was setup correctly… The gauges, wiring and fluids etc. Solidifying my machine would be up and running before his departure. That took about 30 minutes. Rick also stop by for a final walk thru, even help me set up my app and gave me brief tutorial! Overall I am completely elated/satiated with the my decision.
