"I came 2 hours before close and the staff had an attitude/were sitting on their phones ignoring us and when i got my drink it wasn’t even made correctly. I’ve gotten the mocha madness almost every time i’ve gone and when i got it, there were coffee grounds in my drink. It was so bad I couldn’t even tolerate drinking it. I used to love this tropical smoothie but now i probably won’t be back considering it was an overall terrible experience."

"Meh. Service was ok. No non-dairy options. Three kids flavors, and they are boring. Strawberry lime, strawberry banana, and banana chocolate. And that's it. And there are only two sizes of smoothie? Large, and kids? Seriously? And they can't make any smoothie in kids size, or a kids in adult. C'mon. Is this a smoothie cafe or a vending machine."
