"I had to switch! This place use to be fantastic. They changed staff and everything went down hill. I use to call and get in right away when my kids were sick but now you call and sit on hold for over an hr just be told your child cant be seen and you need to go to an urgent care or the ER. (This happened 3 days in a row) Its really unfortunate both my children were going here since birth, bot anymore!"
