"Me and my friend went to go see Thanksgiving movie which it sucked and she accidentally left her wallet there she called the theater to see if it was there. They said it was. She went to pick it up. The next day looked in it and they had stolen the money that she had there, the money that was supposed to be for her kids and the people over there are thieves so I would advise you to keep your wallet near you or in your purse because if you forget it, they will steal everything"

"What can I say about the Reading IMAX that has not been said before! It is the best of the best in screen size and sound. Unfortunately, chairs are a bit uncomfortable, and sometimes depending on the movie, the sound level can be a bit abrasive. Tuesday cheapie night is wonderful, if you want to save money. Concessions are the norm, and nothing special, but - they do offer popcorn/soda specials to save money. Because it is located in Reading, sometimes you have to deal with less then desirable people that have no manners, and are rude and obnoxious. Fortunately, it rarely happens, and if you make management aware of the issue, they usually rectify it in a timely manner. Their Summer severely discounted animation specials are wonderful for the entire family, but - they do get crowded quickly, so be bright and early. They also have special discounted kiddie meals. "Went Sunday, July 23rd 2023 to see Oppenheimer. My wife said the theater was cold, it was somewhat chilly. Had no idea the concession stand closed after a certain time. It was before 9:30pm and went to get a drink, but to my disappointment, they were closed. The 8 p.m showing that we went to in theater 6 had started before we got there...but I could still see popcorn littered all over the floor and trash bins overflowing. Other than this, the picture quality and audio was fine. Additionally, was unable to find this showing on their website, but could book through Fandango? Not sure what's up with that."

"The theatre is very nice. IMAX 3D experience is very good. The entrance doors are not automated. Seats are not recliner. They keep the small lights ok for the entire movie. They should've off the lights and make room more darker for best movie experience. Restrooms are available inside at the entrance itself. They are maintained good though not all toilets are in working condition. Parking is available in opposite building and at the back of the theatre. There is sign for IMAX parking for new people. While entering into the building, we need to press the button to get the ticket which we can scan inside the movie theatre available at the entrance. We can scan the parking ticket either before or after the movie. Since parking is in separate building, we need to come out of that building either by steps or lift and cross the road to the movie theatre. For 3D movie, they give very nice yello glasses which are unfoldable. We need to return the glasses after the movie which they clean and re-use which is really a great choice. They started movie at exact time and ended the movie without any intermission. So before going to movie itself, it is good to use the restroom if needed and get the snacks & drinks to enjoy the whole movie in a single go. They've a play area for kids at the entrance itself which is right side. All the machine are working fine."
