"What can I say about the Scranton art Haus once you walk in the doors your greeted by friendly smiling faces and a warm cozy atmosphere. There is an amazing gift shop, followed by a bar, and concession where it's nots just popcorn but you can actually get real food and yes they even bring it to your seat no waiting or worries about missing any parts of the movie you came to see.The best part is getting a chance to sit in the most comfortable movie theater I have ever been in. The seats are electric and yes they recline. My whole experience was like I was home and in my favorite comfortable chair with my family and loved ones on a movie night. I definitely recommend coming to the Haus and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and make sure you stop by the bar and enjoy all the new drinks they have staff is amazing."

"The new reopened theater looks fantastic! The lounge area and gift shop are nice additions. The employees were friendly. We ordered loaded tater tots which were great. They deliver food to your movie seat. It took a little bit, but they were freshly made. The lounge seats are comfy, and everything is so clean. I hope this theater does very well! It's nice to have one downtown. One suggestion would be special events and films, such as indie and foreign. Something to really distinguish the theater and live up to the Art Haus name."

"Truly such a unique and cool experience. Staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The recliners were so comfortable. The food came out fast, was affordable, and pretty good too. Highly recommend any of the sliders on the menu. We plan to try some drinks from the bar next time because those looked good as well."

"I loved the atmosphere in this theater. Interactions with the staff felt personal as if I were talking directly to the owners (which they may have been). They have a nice lounge as you enter with food and drinks and a very welcoming atmosphere. Food orders are brought directly to your seat in the theater. Location was not difficult to find as it is right on the corner of Lackawanna and Penn. Parking is free if you use the garage under the Steamtown Mall (with an entrance directly into the theater lobby-See Pictures), but I was able to find free on-street parking during the weekend. The theaters were as new as I have experienced with lounge recliners and a retractable tray for your food. Overall, excellent experience at this unique boutique style theater."
