"Firstly, everyone (phlebotomists, check in desk, docs, infusion nurses, doctors) are very, very nice and pleasant. However, scheduling for infusions is awful. After multiple calls without ever getting a return I called another location and had them make me an appointment. This is so stupid. It's 2023 install an online scheduler since the woman who does it is clearly not able to handle the workload."
