"The clerk used my credit card information on a gaming site. He was playing a game on his phone and said to me this is expensive. Less than one minute later my card was being charged $39.99 six times at a gaming site Jagex. KARMA will come full circle on this clerk. I can’t stand a thief."

"Please update the store hours. They are not correct. The website says that they’re open until midnight. I just went there (at 11:12pm) and an employee locked the door after telling me they closed at 11pm before the supposed manager came out and they both got in their cars and left. I wasted time coming out there going by what the website said. Really annoyed and inconvenienced"

"The young lady making subs was amazing, I tipped her on the machine to find out they don’t get their tips. This store is a scam, TERRIBLE management evidently. Keeping tip money from teenagers, pathetic."

"We stopped on our way from Cincinnati to Lexington Park on 12/11/2020. It was approximately 10:45pm. We did not see hours posted but it was a quick stop to use the restroom and grab a couple of snacks. The clerk did not say anything to indicate that they were about to close and they did not know we had been traveling My daughter used the restroom while my other daughter and I grabbed some snacks. I went to use the restroom and he hit a switch that shut all of the lights off including the restrooms. That was really rude since they didn't say anything. Please just let someone know that you are about to close. We would have gladly spent our money elsewhere. The store was very clean and stocked so that's a plus"
