"Every time I come here they forget something which is frustrating in itself. I came inside today at 1020 and wanted to order breakfast but couldn’t even ask if any breakfast items were left because the cashier played with the ice cream machine for an obnoxiously long amount of time. Common sense customer service should tell you that if you see a line growing you should take some of the orders first and then go back and fiddle with the machine. Multiple people ended up walking out. I’m going to start trying my luck and the McDonald’s further down on Dale."

"Typical McDonald's. But that's their objective. Big Breakfast with Pancakes and Sausage. Apparently, hash browns are extra now. Pancakes were fluffy but a little flat on flavor. OJ was good."

"The man at the counter at 1:30 yesterday afternoon was friendly and went above and beyond whether taking or delivering an order or simply loading a cone with plenty of ice cream. My 13yo son kept talking about how this employee made it a great experience. The food was good, ladies' room clean, and our younger child liked the playground. A great place for a special treat for the kids!"
