"Frustrating 1-star experience. Ordered using the app as I am disabled and needed to stop so I couldn't order pickup or drive-thru. We put in the order and nearly 20 minutes later no food. They made the order and then never took the food out to us because of a glitch in the system that didn't show our parking space. Anyone with more than 2 brain cells would have walked the food out and seen we were the only car there. Made me late for work and I had to walk in with an extremely painful broken spinal injury. Thanks!"

"I got home after a long day of work and Dr. Appt.I stopped to pick up food from the Prince Willaim Parkway McDonald's. Even though a small order they forgot my 6pc nuggets. I had to drive 15 mins back on the parkway and you know how traffic is in the evening. This Manager who I wish I got her name, told me I took two hours to show up for my missing order and she has satisfied me since she approved giving me my nugges I had paid . I asked her to look at the receipt since she can't tell time since she was acting smart, rude and saying basically that I was lying , It was 43 mins Lady! 30 mins of going and coming and waiting infront of a women putting a large order at the window. I am not dropping everything at home to run over to you either or looking at my iorder because your staff screwed it up. All I asked from them fir the hassle if they can throw in large fries since they go cold and stale. She said, you should have called first. Why didn't I call? Seriously! Now is that the policy McDonald's? I felt she was repameding me for their error and I was in awe! I was not happy and learned my lesson, please check your order before wasting gas and a trip. Their food is gone 2x the price and it's McDonald's for goodness sake, not chickfila. The food sits for 30 mins and literally turns to brick. So why do I bother going their? They also have your orders going to the wrong car without verifying. MY $44 DOLLAR order went to a guy who just ordered fries that was just waiting where they asked me to park some time ago. I guess that's my fault too! Fix these problems."

"Today I had a bad experience at this restaurant, I placed a takeout order on the curb side, it took almost 10 minutes to bring my order and when they finally took it the order was incomplete and when I told the employee, she responded this was her order and I told him no, there is a burger missing here, to which he responded, they made a mistake inside, then he came back with the missing burger, but there were still some small fries for my daughter to which I said let me go inside and talk to the manager, and it turned out that it was the same girl who had come out to leave my order, I asked her for the manager and she said it's me, she didn't have your name to which I asked, excuse me, what is your name and she answered why I don't see you. her identification and she answered me, no one uses that, so I received my fries, I left there and found out the name of this disastrous manager named "Stephani", I don't know if it's spelled like that but I think she is a manager with 0 knowledge of customer service, definitely the worst experience with these people."

"The cashier told me I couldn't get my order remade without a receipt. She mentioned that too many people "lie" about getting bad food from them and that her own sister was one of "those people." They were unable to look up my card transaction in their system."

"Absolutely one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to hundreds. Food was cooked right and actually tasted good. Ice cream was made without spilling all over the place. Friendly staff little bit slow but still friendly. Overall cleanliness was extremely good, the entire soda machine area was fully stocked ketchup and napkins straws and all. They even go as far as to put the expiration date for the ketchup inside the pump on the handle. Very unique interior design Style and the first time I've ever seen customer checkout registers. Definitely like this place."
