Starbucks

"My husband and I went inside the store to order 2 coffees. We waited 15 minutes watching all the mobile app and drive thru orders being made. Finally my husband asked when they were going to make our order. After making 3 more mobile orders they finally made ours. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with how they manage in store orders, we were told by one young person working there, "have the day you desreve". Very rude staff and unprofessional staff."

"The location had some growing pains at first, likely due to the location, but seems to have ironed everything out. Being the closest location to a park near a busy highway will do that. During busy times they are exceptionally busy, I imagine this will continue until the Starbucks at Burns Corner opens in February 2024, which will take the load off from I-95 Northbound."

"This Starbucks drive through is absolutely ridiculous we waiting 30 min at the screen to just ORDER our drinks then waited another 15 to get our drinks at the window. And after waiting they messed up our order. I feel like they have been open long enough to have their stuff in order, but if this is close to your house like me I’m going to drive further just to save time. Also after waiting we got nothing. No discount or free anything, this is just unacceptable waiting this long for something."

"Ive visited this location several times. Very “SLOW”service. I’ve ordered using drive-through with only 2-3 cars ahead of me and it’s 25 to 30 minutes wait. I’ve ordered through the app and the wait was much longer than the app estimated. I’ve ordered in person and it’s also a long wait and it’s not even crowded. And my drink wasn’t announced when ready. When I ordered a coffee with bakery items that require heating the wait is ridiculous and takes an additional 10 minutes longer than the drink. There’s always 3 to 4 staff working not sure what’s happening but Service needs training. Very impolite staff. The staff seems confused and unmotivated. I’m very disappointed."
