"I usually have no issues with this Starbucks when they are very busy they do their job well, however, I had an issue today when I went with my little sister. We ordered one drink, one egg bite, and one sandwich. The drink came out fast but we were waiting a long time for our food. I had to ask for the food twice because they (specifically the worker named Mellisa) forgot about it and my poor sister now no longer has time to eat something before she goes back to class. No apologies were made when I asked again for the food and that we needed it now because my sister needed to go to class. Very disappointing."

"Pretty standard Starbucks. The coffee was good. And the service was reasonably fast. The employees weren’t particularly friendly, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say they were rude. My biggest complaint was the amount of trash on the floor and tables was really surprising. We intended to drink our coffees inside but decided to take them to go due to the lack of clean tables. Maybe they had been really busy and didn’t have time to clean, but they need to do better. If you’re in the area and like Starbucks coffee, then I would cautiously recommend this location."

"Overall, this Starbucks gives you what you would expect from a franchise. The drinks are good, made right, on time, and reasonably priced. However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. The tables, chairs, and placements are not an issue; it is the noise levels and cold that creep in during the winter months. I wish they had an automatic heater above their doors to mitigate the frosty conditions. In addition, the music is blaring at times and I wonder if someone behind the bar has a hearing issue."

"Went there ordered two drinks a Carmel ribbon crunch and a mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher. The caramel ribbon crunch had no crunch. The refresher was not blended when I mentioned it was supposed to be blended the barista argued and said that it was not rang up that way. Will not be returning to this store"
