"I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and hash browns. It was the worst. IMHO the food was old. I received maybe five pieces of hash brown nuggets that were soggy and mealy. The bread on the croissant tasted like it was set on a counter uncovered for a week. Everything went straight to the trash. A total waste of money and time. Went to McDonald's across the street and had a proper breakfast"

"The employees were so confused looking. As if they were all new to the job and had no idea what to do with such a crown. mixing up orders and forgetting others. Delivery persons just come in and pick up any order and often returned due to wrong pick up. Not the location for me."

"My wife and I have been coming to this Dunkin everyday for ten years. We’ve seen teams and employees and managers come and go; but the current manager, Ivan, and his crew, are amazing!! Orders are consistently perfect, with everyone being exceptionally kind and always remembering me. Starting my day with such wonderful interactions is truly the best way to kick off my day. Thanks you Ivan and Team for doing it the right way!"

"The employees look like they'd rather be anywhere on earth except at Dunkin. I get it, working for minimum wage or below sucks. I've worked mediocre retail jobs myself. But it's unpleasant to patron a business and not even feel welcome by the employees. Dunkin: pay your employees more. If not, at least train them on how to treat customers. I have no reason to return to this location if the employees don't even have a reason to act like they care about customer service."
