"Got an offer form the online website for a birthday reward. Went in and tried to redeem in store, they said it wasn’t valid. Even though the coupon said it was valid today since today is my bday. I tried doing online, the app was saying transaction went through.I even showed the lady, what it said on my app. And she said oh well there’s nothing we can do the app those that sometimes. So left with nothing."

"It’s a mad house in here. Came for a pick up order I had placed 7 min earlier to be told they didn’t have one for me and I needed to “give the right name.” She then walked away. I stood for several more minutes as this order was paid for. When she came back, I showed her my confirmation and she asked I’m the kitchen. It appears they had already made it and the order had been given to someone else so they had to make me another. I don’t care about getting another or the order being given away but why you gotta be rude sis? I didn’t come in here for no reason. I have a confirmation. Why be rude. Won’t be coming to this location anymore."

"Don't come here expecting to use the coupon for the $1.99 smoothie if you order a wrap or flatbread. I was told I have to fill out the survey for this location and can only use the coupon at this location."

"Why did no one tell me about this place...I mean I've passed by it numerous times but I never had the thought to go in and try it out. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread is really good and the bahama mama smoothie was delicious as well and it was under $10. I will be back!"
