"This woman is not direct. Her story keeps changing about my family members cancer. Everytime I leave the office I'm confused and feel like my questions still weren't answered, just time spent going in circles trying to pull a transparent answer from her. I clearly remember and have recorded some convos and they contridict one another. She doesn't get to the root or help with any other part of this dreadful disease like emotional, nutritional, and psychological support. This doctor just medicates and goes with a one-size-fits-everyone approach. She's never mentioned medical marijuana to relieve symptoms without narcotics, instead prescribes extremely strong and addictive opiates that sedate my family member like an elephant. You're just another patient, a number. And the wait is atrocious!! It is at minimum 45 minutes, every. Single. Time. Imagine receiving chemotherapy poison via IV for several hours in a freezing room with no food, weak, exhausted, then having to wait for almost an hour to speak with her?! The office is also depressing, small and unwelcoming for patients going through such a difficult journey. I do not recommend this doctor or practice if you’re interested in a patient-first environment or a doctor that truly fights for you! You’re on your own here."

"One of the best specialist I've ever seen. She came highly recommended from my orthopedic surgeon. Dr Rajagopal is so caring and explains everything to you in a way you can understand. Since I am not a doctor- that is very much appreciated. My first appointment she sat down with my husband and I (for probably 30-40 minutes!) to explain my condition and a path to fix it. She continues to actually care about my treatment and communicates with you via their portal if needed. This woman knows her stuff and I cannot say enough great things about her. I am reading the wait can sometimes be longer than expected but I imagine this is because she takes so much time with each patient to make sure they are aware of all their options moving forward. I absolutely feel it is worth it."
