Johns Hopkins GI Surgical Oncology

Johns Hopkins GI Surgical Oncology, located at 4940 Eastern Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland, is a leading institution in cancer treatment. Our division of Surgical Oncology is dedicated to providing multidisciplinary care, with trained surgeons specializing in various types of cancers. We work closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other team members to ensure the best possible treatments for our patients.

Our surgeons are nationally recognized for their innovative and coordinated patient care, utilizing state-of-the-art minimally invasive and robotic surgery techniques. This allows for safe and precise procedures with minimal scarring and faster recovery times.

The Johns Hopkins Surgical Oncology program offers a two-year fellowship for post-residency training, with a focus on general/research or hepatopancreaticobiliary specialties. Each year, two fellows are accepted into the program, with the opportunity for specialized clinical experience and research opportunities.
