"Nice showroom, albeit small, to walk around, get ideas and examine samples, but the workers outright ignore you. My wife and I went in there on Sat, walked around for 35 minutes pulling out sample doors we liked, and got zero response from either worker (designer?) in there. Yes, they were working with other customers, but they interacted with each other and even walked right passed us without so much as a glance in our direction. It wasn't until we finally decided to leave that one of them waved goodbye to me as we walked out the door. Oh well, guess they're doing well enough to let business literally walk out the door."
"Went in to get a quote for a bathroom vanity replacement. Spent about an hour and half picking everything out and was then told it would take a week or so to get a quote back. Waited 4 weeks and never heard anything so I contacted them. They asked for details about it which I provided. It has been a couple of weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them, not even an apology. I'm guessing they just lost the paperwork or something. If you want to kill a couple of hours and have nothing to show for it this is the place for you, otherwise I'd go elsewhere."
"Cathy and her staff at the Annapolis show room provide an outstanding service to their clients. I am a contractor that has been working with Reico for years and they always come through with what is necessary to complete the project as designed!"
"Working with Johanne at Reico Annapolis was a great experience. We were referred by another Reico customer who purchased Reico Express in-stock cabinets for their kitchen remodel. My husband is very handy so we knew we'd be able to manage hanging the cabinets ourselves. Johanne came out to our house (about a 45 minute ride from the office) and spent time with us discussing layout, design and our needs. We had proofs and an estimate in just a few days. Johanne was accommodating and patient with follow-up questions and layout tweaks. We kept in touch via text and I never felt like I was bothering her - she was incredibly responsive. Once we placed the order, our in-stock cabinets were delivered within a week. The quality is amazing and we have received dozens of compliments on our new kitchen and laundry room cabinets. I can't speak to the quality or timeline of working with their custom products, but the Reico Express service was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it!"
"Horrrible Experience. On 11/18/18, we were remodeling our kitchen and I decided to exchange one solid wooden door for a glass insert door. I said one door. We brought our old door in for the correct measurement. The sales contract reflected our last name which was misspelled. A bad sign. The door was ordered and of course it took longer than they said it would. The door comes in and I have to take it to a glass company to get the glass put in. After a few more days, the glass is installed and I took the door home. Naturally, the door was too small. By 2 inches. I called the store and they weren't sure what happen but blamed it on the factory. Another door was ordered and they said it would be 2 weeks. A rush order. 3 weeks later, no door. I called and they said the door just came in and would have the glass installed. Another week goes by, I called and they said they took it over to another glass company instead of the old company because they could get the glass quicker. The first glass company was 2 days. They already had the door measurements and what glass we needed from our original transaction. I called the second glass company several times and no one would answer the phone. A few days later, the door is ready. On 2/8/18, my wife brought the door home without checking it out. I remove the door from the box and the outer edge of the door had a 3" scrap down the side, was cracked, and the glass installation was poorly installed. The caulking job was horrible. 3 months have gone by. I took the door back and management agreed the entire process was left to be desired. The door was reordered and a new piece of glass was installed. On 3/12/18, I called the glass company and they stated they called Reico on 3/8/18 and told them the door was ready. Ironically, they also called on 3/12/18 and reminded them the door was ready. On the same day, I received a phone call from Reico advising the door was ready. The district manager refunded our money and the door had no issues. The employees meant well but the attention to detail by the company was severly lacking. A total of 5 months."
