"Bay Stoves was used by the owners prior to my purchase of the house, so we decided to give them a shot. Cathy who works in the office took my call and was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and gets to understand your needs on a personal level. We had a couple other companies come out prior who tried to upsell us on everything and even told us we shouldn't be using the fireplace. After meeting with the techs (who actually respected your house and protected their working area) they laid everything out, shared their concerns and assured us everything passed and we could use the fireplace. They did suggest some items to address later down the road but didn't push us to have it done tomorrow. They will be on my rotation to come out once a year for an inspection. You might have to wait a couple of weeks for service, but you will be glad you did!"
