"Thank you Peter for assisting us in troubleshooting our 3 year old Victron MPPT solar controller. We are presently located in Tahiti on our sailboat and solar charging is critical to us. Our symptoms were rather odd and confusing. Peter suggested we may have corrosion in the solar cables. I had already checked that and the terminators looked fine. When I rechecked cables I found one one our splitters had a problem. The splitter let voltage through but not load current. So when the controller started to charge the high resistance of the failing splitter would cause low voltage on the controller input."

"I initially purchased from PKYS a Victron solar MPPT charge controller for my camper van. It worked well and shipping was on time. Recently I added a SmartLithium battery and battery protector and mini-BMS. Everything got shipped freight, but the battery protect and mini BMS were lost (or more likely stolen) in shipment by the freight shipper. PKYS immediately shipped me out replacements no questions asked. I hope they recovered their loss from the shipper. Great service and great products. I will be buying from them again."
