Reviews
"Panda Tea House in National Harbor, MD, proved to be a convenient choice during my recent business trip. Their exceptional customer service, close proximity to our hotel, and delicious beverages made it a standout choice. The anime-themed decor added a unique touch, creating a fun atmosphere. While prices were slightly higher, the overall experience was worthwhile. However, during my visit, they faced inventory shortages, which was a minor downside. If you're in the area, Panda Tea House is a great option for a refreshing drink near your hotel, but be prepared for occasional inventory challenges."
"I was searching for some ice cream, hand dipped with some kind of topping or other yummy. I was kind of surprised to find it here. The employees are very friendly, they have lots of options for different tastes, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Worth a visit."
"When I travel, I always like to try out bubble tea. For people that are trying bubble tea for the first time round,... Panda Tea House This is NOT traditional Taiwanese bubble tea.. it's more a hybrid of American flavor slap on bobba/tapioca. And any food truck in DC area says they are... Please please do not believe them. Because they are NO WAY close to this place. On to the review of Panda Tea House. It's a cute little shop that also sells tea as well as bubble tea, ice cream and egg waffles. Staff is nice. The price is crazy, but I have realized $10 for bubble tea with tapioca is the norm around this area. I am not okay with it, but want to call out the people who have commented on its price. Tea, it's not 'traditional Taiwanese bubble tea's coz it's powder with something.. does not taste like 'tea' was used. When I ordered with no ice and half sugar, they did deliver. Bubble consistency is just acceptable.. some were chewy and some were soft. Mango and Passion fruit slushy tasted as expected.. via syrup, not actual fruits. Cute store. It would be nice even if they have a table / chair or two for people to sit while waiting or just enjoy their drinks there. Overall experience is just okay. When heading back to Illinois, I'm going to get a gallon of bubble tea to recover from DC's bubble tea experience."
"For a first time experience it was not to bad. The prices are a bit on the high side but the drinks are very good and I did not know of any other near places myself but my friend took me hear as I had never had boba. The store had a very unique look to it and I enjoyed all the figures and plushies around the store. That said the wait time was by far one of the worst I have seen in quite some time. The tied to the fact there was no real line structure inside the already tiny store. We had people stretched out on the sidewalk the afternoon we went. Also the packed inside was not the ideal situation I wanted to be in but knew I would not get to come back for quite sometime. The staff were somewhat fast but also you could tell they were swamped with the few they had on hand. they messed up the additions to me and my friends drinks but it was not to big a deal we just shared each others."
