Starbucks

"This is by far the worst, and slowest Starbucks in the area. I live a block away and it is often faster to walk a mile away to another coffee shop than wait on the staff here to sloowwwllly make your drink. They will have a line out the door, huge groups of people waiting for mobile orders, and you'll see staff move as slow as molasses and gossiping with one another instead of working. If they say 10 min for your drink on the app, expect 20-25 min at the least. I've cancelled orders before after waiting over 30 minutes and staff constantly blame it on staffing issues, or who knows what. I'll see staff standing around, while drinks pile up by the bar, and no one brings them to the pickup spot. It's just horrible. Last Sunday I walked out after waiting 30 minutes for an iced coffee. If they can't keep up with orders, corporate needs to extend the wait time on the app, pause mobile orders until they can keep up, pay more so they can get better, more qualified staff, or SOMETHING. Because right now, this coffee shop is a mess."

"I just left the Starbucks on Henry St in oldtown. I wasn’t ask my name when I ordered, after making the drink of the person after me I was asked what did I order, when my Frappuccino was made it was slide across the bar without even telling me it was mine. I left reevaluating my appearance. Then I thought, they should reevaluate their customer service. I asked the barista if I did something wrong when I came in because it seems as if they didn’t like me for some reason. Dang, can I get my tip back. Lol. I guess I’ll have to drive to Potomac Yards from now on."

"Quick service and good wait staff. Bathroom was a little dirty but hard to blame that on the staff with jerks in the world. All in all typical Starbucks experience and lots of parking"

"Ordered in Uber eats and spent 25 bucks only to get my drink delivered without the coffee cake and brownie and sandwich I ordered. Drink was watered down. I order the strawberry açaí refresher and they placed the drink inside of the bag it clearly states 3 items in an order and only received the drink. The drink I get all the time from other Starbucks and it has never tasted as bland as this one. I am always having some type of issues with this location when I order online and unfortunately it’s the only one that delivers to my job in the area. The workers seem to not fully read the order and give you whatever I ordered a frappe before and I hate. Whipped cream and asked for none they put extra. Don’t put a drink in a bag if half of it will spill out this is how I received my drink today and you could clearly see the liquid still dripping from the bag"

"Omg! The best Iced Brown sugar Oat-milk shaken espresso I’ve ever had in my life!!! The store is super clean, baristas very polite! I wish I would’ve gotten my baristas name! He was just fantastic!"
