"Emma makes my coffee perfectly! She’s the only one that actually makes the coffee right . If she’s not there I will wait until she is to make sure my coffee is made correctly. Unfortunately Robin said that she can’t have Emma keep making my coffee’s even with me waiting and coming back. I don’t think that’s great customer service. I will no longer spend my money at this location."

"The past couple of times I have been here, the drinks have not been correct and am disappointed with my experiences. The food is great most of the time but received a pastry in a plastic wrapper inside a bag today, this is the second time this has happened over the past few months. Location is convenient and is very clean."

"Honestly the vibe and atmosphere here is always just sad and somber, which is completely off brand for any other Starbucks location we’ve been to. Anytime of day or week we go the employees are extremely short, upset, and frankly seem unhappy to be there. Not sure what drives this behavior but after going to this location more than 10 times, I can say it’s truly consistent across the board."

"I came here earlier today with the hope of completing some work while checking out their latest version of the pumpkin spice latte. The employees who were working behind the counter were friendly enough, but I quickly realized the exceptionally small space that this location occupies. They have one large desk that was occupied when I arrived and only about three other tables inside. There were several more tables situated outside in the heat and without any electrical connection. I quickly became uncomfortable and the elevated music didn't help matters. Thank is place is more geared towards those customers who want to pick-up their drink orders and leave. I've come to realize that so many of these locations have become less friendly to those customers who would like to order something and then stay a while. I rolled out in about a half hour."

"Had an excellent service at this branch. It can easily be mixed because of the ongoing construction in the neighborhood. Helpful staff, the store was neat. Overall a pleasant experience."
