"Please go here if you want your taxes to be screwed up EVERY year! I've went here for 3 years and I've had nothing but issues. I have been out of NY for several years and yet this is the second year I've received a bill for taxes in NY. Then, when you call the Latrobe office you will have the pleasure of speaking to a very uninterested/rude associate who tells you "they won't do anything with the bill until AFTER tax season". Even though the bill was due that very day. They have screwed up our taxes for years and won't have the pleasure of doing it anymore. They are supposed to be professional and know what to do but this hasnt been the case. Please, do not go here. They charged me $400 for their "expert" services and I've had to go back to the office 3 separate times just this year to try to resolve different issues. PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!"
