"Just don't... this place had the most horrible service in the area for awhile now. Lackluster training for trainees, lack of cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of dunked depression here. I tried it twice and twice a few weeks apart my order was messed up and i got attitude. Go a bit further and hit any of the other coffee shops, save yourself a hassle."

"I love everything about this location. The people are really nice. They great me every time I go. I had one issue where one item wasn't available so I said I'd get it 2 days letter. Well, the note was missing with my replacement when I came back. However, my order was given to me with no complaints. I prefer this location over the one near Allentown RD, right off Branch Ave. They are equal distance from me."

"If you’re going to require a face mask for vaccinated individuals then I suggest you have face masks or an alternative to provide consumers. Otherwise it looks like you’re being lazy, or that the that there’s sloppy management or just that the owner is bad in business. "First time at a Dunkin Donuts in Virginia. On my walk to work this morning around 8am, I stopped by for a mixed dozen. Just under $12. Co-workers enjoyed them. I had a glazed donut which is my favorite. It was delicious. Friendly staff and the service was fast. In and out in less than 2 minutes or so. The inside was clean and smelled good. Happy day"
