"I’m usually reticent to leave a negative review for a franchise, but this is one of the less competently run Starbucks franchises I’ve seen in the area, and has been consistently that way as long as I’ve visited it. Employees take much longer than average to acknowledge customers and take orders. They have staff standing around with latte samples instead of behind the counter when there’s a rush, and it’s clear they could be responsive to customers elsewhere. Multiple staff at the register have failed to understand simple orders in native English with clear diction. I’ve seen other locations with equal staff be substantially more effective. Clear room for improvement."

"Guy messed my order up he was nonchalant. If I am going to pay almost $7 for a drink I want it the way I like it."

"I went in on my special day, my birthday. The Starbucks app was supposed to scan for my free drink. It didn’t work and the barista nor his colleague would honor this. It clearly showed on the personal info page my birthdate grayed out. It was terrible customer service. They should have a workaround if the app isn’t functioning correctly. I was really looking forward to enjoying my free drink. I left and won’t be back."

"The customer service at this Starbucks is trash. The girl at the cashier gave me an attitude when I asked her what other coffees they have. I ordered a cake pop and I asked her do I wait here or go further down the line? She asked another guy and he responded “didn’t she just order. Relax”. I stated to them and said you guys are rude and need to fix your customer service. The guy with the hat making the drinks was polite and helpful. But the other two need to check their customer service."
