"RZS promised to service appliances bought there AFTER the very short warranty period expired. RZS is not living up to its promises. They are unresponsive when it comes to servicing the appliance lemons that are sold. Ownership changes hands and its difficult to know who is the owner. They don't give out their last names. Very shady...AVOID!"

"Great service! I purchased 2 stoves and one refrigerator for rentals. The appliances were in great shape physically. It took me a bit to rent one of the units, once rented the tenants complained about a one of the burners not starting properly. Even the warranty was one month passed they honored the warranty and the service team José and his partner were very professional and they resolved the issue fast an effective! Less than 24 hrs to have a happy tenant! Thank you for the great service rendered!"
