"It's like a prison in there. Everyone is yelling at the top of there lungs espically the guy named Andre. He was so NOT helpful at all and DID NOT appear to know what he was talking about (motor part) he had to get this very nice guy who was extremely helpful his name was Francisco (despite his very thick accent) I understood what he was talking about and he explained the parts very well. Others just sat around talking."
