"I came in and looked around for 30 minutes for anyone to help me find a specific external harddrive. No one was able to help (no one asked. I looked around and try to flag Best Buy worker but they seemed annoyed and told me to go stand in line just to ask where the had drive that is listed on their website is located). Even though I live not far from the store, I rather drive to micro center 20 mins away!"

"Very good place. Friendly staff. As a customer, I believe there isn't nothing bad to say. As someone who wants to work for them, I would say their hiring process for salesmen is quite long. While I can now see why they have good customer service, I do think that 3 - 4 weeks of waiting for a yes or no, for an interview mind you,is a bit excessive."

This Place has a Geek Squad for helping with Home computer related problems or easy fixes to hooking up new software and more . This place has Great staff and management when it comes to shopping related stuff in the store even answer about curb side pick ups or deliveries to residential Homes , They are very knowledgeable to what you seek and ask for . . This place has things from Watches to computer hardware to Portable CD players and more. Even Wide Screen TVS and more . If you need any such Items from this store This Place is for you . They do have Tight security at the front doors so be careful when shopping there . But I have to admit this is a place I wouldn't mind working for as Long as They Teach and show me what I have to know and I will be good to go . I Love shopping at this place , I know so will you . "I frequent this location. It's always well stocked, organized and clean. Overall, the staff culture is not customer centric. Everyone is friendly, but you always have to look for help on the floor, which is always poorly staffed. No one greets you as you pass by or asks if you need assistance when it's obvious you're looking for something. The management at this location should spend some time at the Columbia Heights spot to take notes on what a customer centric Best Buy looks like."

"This location is convenient coming from wheaton station. They have most electronics and electronics accessories in store or available to pick up your online order. No ps5 in stock i checked. Clean store overall with nice staff and affordable prices on nice equipment. Ps. They got people watching everywhere like you in there tryna steal something or that might just be what happens when a black male enters the store Update 11/23 1⭐️ Went to pickup an item in stock and waited 45 mins for them to twll me its not available and that they were sorry it wasnt in the back."
