"I purchased a very large television and the Best Buy team without having to ask just told me they would have their staff members bring out my product to my vehicle. Two staff members bought the television to my vehicle and it was definitely heavy but they successfully got it in the back of my truck bed without damaging the product. This was not my first time shopping at this specific Best Buy location and definitely will not be my last. All staff members were very polite and I’m disappointed I didn’t have any cash on me that day. This location does usually have a Prince William County Police Officer at this location standing by the front doors and the officer does make the experience better by making all feel welcome and safe."

"Definitely do not become a Greek Squad member!! I came here last night and asked for an exchange for the camera I bought 4 months ago. They said it was a 2 month period, this is understandable. When I bought the camera, I couldn't control it because I was out of the country. Anyway, they checked the camera and couldn't help even though it seemed like a simple problem. It gives a simple error ''card write protect switch is set the lock'' They inserted a new card and tried it, but it still gives the same error. Why should I send a newly purchased product for repair? Moreover, I paid full price. What makes you think that I want to pay this to Best Buy to buy a repaired product? I met with the manager, he said his name was Roberto. He was definitely not understanding. I can understand that there is a return policy, but we shop with best buy trust. Why are you selling a product whose box is unopened and damaged? I will never shop here again."
