"Would give 0 if possible. My wife was just there for an appointment she scheduled over a month ago. Dr. Chiantella refused to see her because her BRACA results were not received from the OB, but we did know the results and they received mamorgram & U/S results. We confirmed the OB did send them but her office somehow missed or misplaced them. This was not mentioned at all by the office during the appointment reminders last week or anytime in the month prior, instead they waited till my wife was in the exam room. Dr. Chiantella didn't even have the courage to come speak to my wife directly and apologize instead she sent a tech in to reschedule for another month out. This service is beyond unacceptable and added more stress to an already stressful process. I would avoid this inconsiderate physician as much if at all possible."
