"Knowledge and quick service. They'll let you know what parts you may need and are very helpful. Depending on the part, some Parts availability are scarce right now with current worldwide supply chain issues, but they'll do their best to find you the part you need and give suggestions if the parts aren't available through the manufacturer. Most common parts arrive next business day if ordered before 2pm on week days if they don't already have it in stock. You will need the last 8 of the VIN in order to order the correct parts for your vehicle. Luckily antique car parts (like the NA Miata) are available once again through the manufacturer."
"Save yourself a headache and order stuff in person. Gentleman I had spoken to had ordered the incorrect part and said parts were non refundable (I called to cancel order after a few minutes of originally calling). I had given the part number via email (received no response after a few hours) and phone but wrong part was still ordered. I was rudely told I am never able to purchase from their parts center ever again via phone. Cashier on the other hand was very kind and helped me kindly throughout this process with only kind words."
