"Needed some wiper blades and an engine filter. Pro tip- always order online and get the 15-20% coupon and pick it up in store in about 20 minutes. My last visit was special because even though it said in stock online when I got there they didn’t have one of the wiper blades needed nor the correct filter I had ordered and paid for. They upgraded me to the next set of blades (I like the RainX ones) and upgrade my filter as well. At no additional charge. Saved me some extra cash. Good stuff!"

"Advance usually has good service and I experienced phenomenal service here thanks to JF. I had a CV Axel go bad and they did and exchange. The axel went bad and they initially said they couldn't replace it again under warranty. JF gave me the corporate service number and was professional. A few minutes after ending the call, JF called me back to let me know he talked to the manager and they'd exchange the part, no problem under the lifetime warranty. This small gesture of calling me back isn't something I'd expect from a parts store...but he went above and beyond to win a lifetime customer. Great job!"
