"Ordered a custom drink. The order was completely incorrect and my fiancé ordered a peppermint mocha with extra cream and no sugar and lo and behold. We get home and I’ll drink is loaded with sugar. This place does not understand English and they need to go back to elementary school."

"Dunkins are typically hit or miss but this one is pretty bad. Always in a huge rush and mess up your order unless its as basic and simple as possible. Dont bother with anything that should be heated up/ toasted, it will come cold and soggy no matter how much you emphasize "extra dark toasted"."

"Sunny and his team were phenomenal, from their consistent service to their kindness. I remember one time, there was a car in front of me and she was cussing Sunny out over the price of a dozen donuts. After she left, I pulled up and saw he had a smile on and greeted me warmly. I work in customer service and understood his situation, but was surprised by his service - I was quite picky with my drinks (large iced caramel macchiato with 2 swirls, medium coffee with 3 cream and 3 Splendas), and he got it correctly. I also ordered a water and he went out of his way to get an ice cold one for me. His service is always consistent. And they're always super fast in making our orders. No complaints. Just happiness."
