"Parts department doesn't know when they receive parts people ordered and failed to notify customers when the parts did arrive. When I tried getting a refund, because I didn't need the part anymore, I got denied. Because I expected them to tell me when the part would come in. Thanks guys."

"Sent wrong seat cover for a different car as new....car seat cover (bottom only) Was shoved in open; very large box. Seat cover sent was grey. Seat cover ordered was NEW not open box...and certainly not literally an open box with no tape. So: 1. Seat cover is wrong color 2. Seat cover is not new in the box. 3.seat cover was sent in open box. That does not match box or even a sealed bag.I is not "New in Box. Will change review dependant on Ted Britt actions in the next few days."
