She was so kind and compassionate when I told her about my grandmother being sick. She went above and beyond to make my grandma feel special in her gloomy nursing home room. She is the type of person that makes the world a better place after just a single conversation. This business truly takes customer service to the next level in addition to making beautiful flower arrangements."

"I had an excellent experience with Dean’s Greens. Yesterday I had a work event and needed flowers for my administrative assistant and my boss. A colleague was supposed to handle this but wasn’t able to manage. I flew into Dean’s at 7 am the florist wasn’t available. Don was there - he’s not generally the florist and said he had been working since 2:30 am on roadwork! He was so kind, accommodating and friendly he put together two amazingly beautiful and great smelling arrangements. His customer service was off of the charts! He could have easily turned me away - but he didn't. I was so grateful and I showed up to the event like a super hero for pulling that off! Thank you Don! Will be sure to frequent Dean’s in the future."

"I ordered the top soil over the weekend, it came as solid chunk of dirt, looks like they just dug it out of ground, cannot believe they called this top soil. When I called them to complain about it, the owner said that no one else had this problem. She then complained about wasting time talking to me because she lost business while we were talking, and told me not to call them. Well she for sure lost my business! I thought I was supporting local business, but this place is not worth doing business with."
