Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Every employee is about as unprofessional and incompetent as you could get. Had to go back multiple times to actually get what was ordered and felt like the employees were ignorant to how to work a basic job. Sad. Hopefully other airport goers see this and avoid this location at all costs. Money is better spent at a vending machine. Honestly a vending machine comprehends instructions better than these employees. To echo what another reviewer said, I wouldn’t let my dog eat here."

"Oof. Out of half their menu, which they don't tell you until you're at the counter and don't have time to go somewhere else. Finally went with the "tasty turkey" which 1 thin strip of turkey, making this gross false advertising. Only thing I could taste was tomato and if there was 15g if protein in that sandwich I'll eat my hat. Which probably actually has more protein."

"I ordered a ham & cheese with lettuce, tomato and onions. Anyone see the ham, onions or tomato? Barely!!! But the kicker was that I stood there and watched as the girl making the sandwiches was eating as she made them. I asked her to put gloves on before making my sandwich so that may have made her mad. I repeated four times that I did not want an egg on my bagel. Still got the egg. The service here is not good at all. And the way they even take orders leaves my mind blown. I had to repeat myself four times that I wanted onions and still got no onions. This place is a joke and not worth the $10. I paid for this bagel. The poor girl ahead of me ordered a large, special type of iced coffee, that’s what they charged her for, but she got a small. When she spoke up they gave her attitude and said “my bad”, turned and didn’t say if they would make a new one! Even though I had read all the previous reviews warning people not to go there. I went. So shame on me. Now I know why they were not busy."

"I'll preface this by saying that very few employees that work at the airport seem to like their job. With that being said, we actually had a good experience. Ordered two bagel sandwiches and they were toasty, warm , and delicious. My caramel machiatto was on point. It got really busy as soon as we finished ordering, but we didn't wait too long. Good start to our morning."
