"Ordered parts online that were displayed as available. Emailed 3 days later to ask why they hadn't shipped and was told it would be another week before they had the parts to send me. I was then charged a 5% restock fee for parts ITE never had to sell me. I had to file a claim with my credit card company. Very poor experience"
