"Delicious flavors and vibrant atmosphere! The service was exceptional, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. Every dish we tried was a delightful journey through Asian cuisine, perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. Highly recommend for an authentic dining experience!"
"Good foods at Saigon Street restaurant. I ate here every weekend. Love this place."
"To be honest, my expectations were extremely low given that this is inside the MGM… so maybe it’s biased. Obviously overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend if you’re not staying/playing at the MGM. But not a bad option considering the convenience in MGM."
"BLACK PEOPLE DONT Do IT!! As someone else has pointed out this establishment would only like to serve Asians. The service of Asian customers verses other people of color is night and day—painfully obvious. Even though we all pay the same price for the food, the quality of service does NOT add up. I paid $26 for a meal but when I asked for sauce I was given packets of sauce, rather than of one of the many premade cups of sauce that have already been filled in the back. When asked why I was given packets of sauce when other (Asian) customers were given the cups I was told that they could not locate any cups for sauce—- again, they maintain a supply of sauce already poured into the containers. In a similar manner we were told they were completely out of smoothies, however for some reason that might have only applied to black customers, because the Asian customers were able to purchase the smoothies. To make insult to injury the front of house intentionally did not clear the stack of plates left in front of us, instead he cleaned everything around us. MGM should really consider getting rid of this subpar racist establishment and allowing them to relocate where they can continue to service the Asian clientele the prefer to service in peace…"
"Most of the reviews here criticize the customer service and unfortunately, I have to agree. On the night I arrived, the person I spoke to while receiving my order was quite dismissive. An item was missing from my bag and instead of apologizing, the worker dragged it from behind the register and handed it to me as if I should've known it was there. When I asked about the straw, she just signaled with her hand, not saying a word. That night, I ordered a chicken rice platter, gỏi cuốn (noted as just spring rolls there, chả giò are the crispy spring rolls listed on the menu) and a milk tea with boba. The rolls and milk tea were not too bad, but the chicken in the rice platter was extremely dry. We wanted to use our reward points before leaving, so we ordered again in the morning the next day. A good thing to note is that this place is open 24/7. In our morning order, we got a bowl of Bún Bò Huế, two Saigon bánh mì and a bowl of Bánh Canh. We also got milk tea again and Vietnamese iced coffee. The BBH was decent, as were the other menu items, but for all the noodle soups, they utilized the meat used in phở instead of the cuts you would normally expect. Customer service on the 2nd day was alright though, so no complaints. Attached to my review are pics of the menu and some of the menu items I ordered."
