"Yesterday, New Year's eve in the afternoon the drive through line was long. I went inside and there was only one worker. He was hustling and doing a fast and great job. I waited patiently because he was getting everyone their orders as fast as he could. The shop didn't have anymore comment cards so i'm leaving a big shout out to Tommy for fantastic service under extreme pressure."

"Only one visit a coffee was good. I was able to sit in there with my laptop and get some work done while waiting for my car service. The only concern was that by 10:00 a.m. a lot of high school kids came in and we're a bit noisy and boisterous. If this is the norm, it would not be a good place to sit and enjoy the coffee or do work."

"I’ve ordered from this location three times this week and each time my order was completely wrong. I call them they’re is no answer I’ve been calling for about 15 minutes and not one answer."

"My first time at this location and the drive-Thru went by quickly and easily. I was greeted with kindness and smiles. I received my bagel and drink, and I pulled off. They did great with my "lightly toasted" request, but where's my cream chese?!? Next time, I'll check my order before driving away."

"I go to Dunkin' Donuts everyday during my work shift for the Metro. I always get a large unsweetened green tea. The name on my receipt is Carlos, but the short Hispanic man and the slightly taller, chunkier man at this location have outstanding customer service! Not only were they very fast, friendly and helpful but they also are model employees for customer service. I am truly impressed with this location's service and drinks. Great job guys, keep it up! Can't wait to come back!"
