"First and foremost the place is not crowded, quick to get attended. Customer service is excellent but the donuts were dry and not fresh. I should have listened to one guy when he said I should request for fresh donuts but giving a benefit of a doubt, I honestly thought he was joking. Even the Matcha latte was full of milk than matcha itself. Please do better with your food. It is more important than everything."

"Beware that the prices listed on the web are not the prices you get charged in the store. I ordered several boxes of coffee and hot chocolate for an event over the phone - when I got to the store the price per coffee was $4.00 more per box and $ 8.00 more per hot chocolate. I thought this was outrageous!!! The store manager was very condescending and basically said too bad. I rate with ZERO stars!"
