"Excellent bubble tea! The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. We greatly appreciated the boba and jelly in our drinks being included for free. It’s so rare for boba to be included. We got brown sugar milk tea and coffee brown sugar milk tea. The coffee flavor was smooth and refreshing, not at all bitter. The coffee jellies were tasty as well! We did not have to wait long to receive our order. There was plenty of seating. Could not recommend more!"

"Finally decided to venture out this way since covid. Took my family here and decided to try their new brown sugar milk. We frequently visit other places in Rockville / Germantown area this brown sugar milk is the best in the area. It appears that this place has changed owner/ management and thier drink are way better than before. Update: Decided to stop by Tiger sugar for the first time ( it was known for its Tiger signature). It felt a water down version of the sugar brown Milk. Don't take my word, be the judge for yourself."

"I love this place! They use actual TEA and there’s real fruit in the fruit teas. They also started carrying soy milk, which is a game changer for me since I’m lactose intolerant. You can customize the amount of sugar and ice. I love their strawberry black tea, peach green tea, and black sugar milk tea. They also have specials, such as dalgona coffee and different toppings. Royal Tea is located inside the Common Kitchen inside the Clarksville Commons shopping center."
