"My experience was very bad. Service absolutely sucked. I ordered, they wouldn’t take cash. By the time I got my card out she said it’s 10 mins to closing and that she won’t serve me, i told her I already ordered, and she said “if you didn’t pay, you didn’t order”. I asked another guy and he took my order. He got my order wrong and gave me things I didn’t want. The woman saw me and quite literally kicked me out of the place."

"This happened almost 6th or 8th time in a row with me with this perticular location. They don't know how to make drinks on time. Right now i am here, three barista's are standing in circle and they are just looking at each other because they said espresso machine has issue. Its a new store, how can it be like this? Need better management. People come here from Bethesda bus stop to get coffee as well, I myself missed my bus several times because of their delayed response. I agree the store is clean and all that but customer service should be their first preference. When I entered the store there were only 3 customers ahead of me, when I got my coffee (7 mins late than what app said) there were almost 12 to 13 customers waiting for their order. Everyone is in hurry in the morning. C'MON STARBUCKS BETHESDA!! ITS FRUSTRATING. I never write such bad reviews Bcz I understand sometimes it might be difficult to deliver orders on time, but always? Not fair"
