"My wife had her 2020 taxes done here and received a letter from the state that she owed over $1200.00 in penalties as the return was done incorrectly. I have spoken to at least 7 different people including managers at the Irwin office and the district manager an untold number of times. We have been lied to over and over and the issue is still not resolved. Calls and texts go unanswered, etc. Avoid this business like the plague! If I could give it negative stars, I would."
