"I recently started a new job in this building and I always grab something here a few times a week. The owner is very friendly and offers foods for all diets (I'm low carb and there's great specific options for that.) Gotta hand it to them, I feel pretty energized after having one of their salads or breakfast items, and the coffee is pretty good too. Definitely head here for days where the cilantro lentil soup is available!"

"I bought their "greenest" smoothie and asked them to leave out the apple. A man suggested instead to leave out the small amount of sugar they add for taste. I said OK. Surprisingly it didn't taste sweet at all. Very nice for so many greens. For $7+ it's not a lunch but you can certainly feel good about your health :) Note: I avoided this place for a while thinking it was part of the gym next door and thus required membership. NO. I asked. They are not. Since the original post I've tried several menu items: a breakfast turkey sausage mcmuffin (they add a zesty sauce which I liked), the F&G salad (it is a lot), and a chicken curry meal. The gentleman working offers helpful tips for the dishes, some I try and some I don't. High quality food."

"My experience here has been wonderful. You'll get great customer service and really yummy food! Every time I come here, I try something different and it's amazingly good! The owner has a lot of passion in his cooking and you can tell by the way it tastes. Everything is fresh and made from scratch! I would highly recommend everyone to try this place out!
