"Went early to grab a latte and it was terrible, not sure how they got it wrong but it was just like drinking warm frothy milk with barely any espresso flavor at all, ordered their 'famous' choco chip cookie as well and it was terrible, so either it was old or just tastes bad. Not what I was expecting from this place.. kinda ruined my morning but thankfully flat white latte in the mall made up for their declines.."
"Most mall food court food is better than this. Extremely overpriced for the quality. The service and presentation are nice, but don't make up for the basic food. The soup was reminiscent of the soup served complimentary in the United lounge."
"It’s very important to represent and establishment to the best of your ability because word of mouth is strong. The customer service from the women working here is DIRT POOR. One of them dropped my bag on the bar and didn’t want to hand it to me. Another kept rolling her eyes when taking my order to go. Mind you I work in the mall so WE ALL work in customer service. This needs to be a fixed constant issue immediately! I applaud Jennifer Hayes only."
