"Went in last night with my fiance and father in law and order a sweet tea and they gave me a unsweetened tea asked for a refund they Said they gave it to me but checked my bank account this morning and they never refunded the money so I called and the first time I called they answered and hung up so I called through my fiance phone and the same person answered and started to laugh at me because I told them I never got the refund"

"Manager here is so rude and useless. I was sitting at MacDonalds in overland drive and placed order. The app for some reason pick this MacDonalds which 10 miles away. I called to cancel order and manager hung up on me twice and then said come to location to cancel it. I asked her why she hung up on me twice and she said you were talking too fast for me."
