"Horrible Collision Center…. Spoke to Sage on May 17th who advised me that my car would be assessed and fixed within a week. I got a rental vehicle, drove past the collision center 5 days later and my car was parked in the same spot untouched. I then received notification through text that my car would be completely fixed on today May 31st which is two weeks later. I called Ourisman Chevrolet Collission Center this morning at 9:00am and spoke to Sage who advised she would talk to my mechanic to get a deadline. Never received a phone call back. I called at 1:20pm to speak to Sage. All of a sudden I get a text while waiting (5 min) on the phone for her. The text says “ Hi, your car is in paint right now. We got a little backed up in the paint booth, so im estimating to have your car done 6/7. Sorry about the delays!” So no one answered the phone. I hung up and called back and spoke to Jordan who advised me that they were painting the vehicle and the vehicle is disassembled. I asked if they could just put the bumper back together and I’ll get it serviced elsewhere? Jordan advised that I couldn’t do that and that I would need to speak to my insurance adjuster about that. This is the most unprofessional and careless collision center I’ve ever been to. Never in my years of living have I waited 3 weeks to a month for a bumper replacement. I’ve had my vehicle serviced before and the collision center took 3 days. The staff acts like they don’t know what’s going on with your vehicle and that you’re service is not a priority. I will never request service from here again."

"Warning ⚠️ Don't buy Anything from this dealership. Purchased a 2019 Chevrolet van that was Supposed to be Gm certified called Gm corporation found that it was Not. They just want to Shaft you on buying something that is Truely a pice of junk. Don't waste your time. This dealership is a Real piece of work and if you don't believe me you will find out the Hard way."

"If you request a quote and they send you the internet price you will get an email saying their internet price is “Our online prices are listed without any hidden rebates that you have to qualify for. The price that you see will include all the rebates that everyone is qualified for walking into the showroom, just add tax, tags, freight and processing fee.” However, when you go in that ends up not being true. They blame corporate for sending the email instead of honoring their word."
