"Crooks, bought window regulator that was defective. Called them right away to return, I was told that the person who took my order is not there and that they will call me back. The same happened 3 times and I opened a dispute with my credit card. I understand that used parts are exactly that, “used parts “, however they come with a limited warranty and a reputable seller will take care of a paying customer when the part is defective. Unfortunately Euro Parts Jessup are not . Will not recommend it to anyone. In a situation like that everybody is loosing $$$, I ended paying twice for labor, I shouldn’t pay twice for part as well."

"You know I'm not one to bash anyone's business it is what it is. Sometimes you take the good with the bad sort of speaking. My experience was totally bad customer service. I specifically ask for a ECM/PCM computer for a 2000 Honda Accord LX 4dr sedan 3.0 V6 and the mechanic pulled the wrong part. And called and went back to exchange for the correct part. The owner manager whom ever he was flat out refused to take it back and give me the correct part. I never asked for refund just wanted the correct part. He was rude and nasty at some point. He had the nerve to hang up on me. That's no way to treat your customers. If you wrong you wrong confess and do right by your customers. So don't purchase anything from rude and unprofessional business like that. I'm done"
