"A normal Starbucks - not too busy when we were there - we waited a while for our two hot chocolates only to see those we’re already done for a while and standing on the counter that we could not see where we sat though it was just two meters away. Nobody cared to call the name that was asked for and nobody cared that the two cups were there untouched getting cold while we asked us how long it still lasts to make two chocolates in an almost empty room. Beside that all relatively standard."
"I am very disappointed with how my order came. I had ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte in tall and got a short. Not only that, but I almost paid $6 for my drink when a regular tall is only $4.25 and at most $5.10 with tax. My drink was also not a PSL and I’m upset because I was expecting a great drink to start off my morning and now, I had trouble paying attention in class."

"Im down in Virginia for a wedding and needed my coffee fix. Came to this location because it was close by the hotel i was staying at. Was greeted very enthusiastically. Ordered two white mochas. They came out quick and tasted great. Place was very clean - and big too!"
