"Frigid! Lady that greeted me was as cold as ice. I understand that she may have had a few rude people that came through the line prior to me, however each person is different and should be treated with kindness. For her to be in customer service and have such unpleasant demeanor she need to find something else she enjoys doing. When you’re in customer service you’ve got to be able to turn it off and turn it on when dealing with the public. While the coffee was good. Her attitude, was horrible. She’s been there for a while I was told. Word of advice Starbucks, remind this lady that the customers deserve to be treat with kindness not an attitude especially when the issue lies with prior interactions from earlier."

"This Starbucks is in the Dulles Airport at gate C23... My flight was delayed overnight and this place opens at 4:30am in the morning so it was a life saver. The ladies who were working seemed very friendly and my drink was made very quickly and I also ordered a breakfast sandwich which tasted delicious. I enjoyed sitting inside while I drank my coffee and ate my food. Great atmosphere..."
"Perfectly good Starbucks experience despite it’s location right at the shuttle entrance to the D terminal where it is likely to be SLAMMED with customers. The baristas were joyful despite the line and of course i loved my favorite drink prepared to perfection."
"Quick service, yes, managed to get a shorter line between arrivals. Typical menu and was good. Straightforward service, not rude, no extra conversation, just working as quickly and efficiently as possible."
